The Polugar brand unites heritage with modern quality standards, offering spirits that embody the rich culture of the Russian table. In 2010, Rodionov & Sons, using recipes and production techniques for traditional Russian grain distillates found by Russian vodka historian Boris Rodionov in archives and old books, released their first limited series. That is how the Polugar story began. Today the brand portfolio includes more than 10 SKUs. The name Polugar dates to the 19th century, when the term denoted a 38.5% strength standard and reflected a unique quality test—the spirit that “burns halfway.”
