Our productionProduction
KVKZ produces spirits in nine categories: whisky, vodka, gin, cognac, liqueurs, tinctures, rum, tequila, and other spirits.

The plant is equipped by leading global manufacturers, enabling quality control at every stage.
KVKZ distillates are produced with the copper alembic “Alexandra” from DES, a leading global equipment manufacturer.
A copper boiler with a stainless-steel steam-water jacket, operating pressure up to 0.5 bar and operating temperature of 110°C.
The concave still is made of 99.9% pure electrolytic copper. This keeps circulation even during centrifugal mixing: the diagonally placed 90 RPM agitator works with less strain and directs the mash flow vertically so alcohols evaporate more efficiently.
The “Boiling Ball” helmet for grain and fruit spirits speeds vapor flow during distillation and prevents overpressure, underpressure, or vacuum when the vapor lacks enough inertia.
The purification column has a chamber of 18 copper plates. It extends contact between alcohol vapors and copper and allows fractionation as condensate (phlegm) interacts with the vapors.
A flow-through dephlegmator made of 99.9% pure electrolytic copper. It partly condenses vapors leaving the rectification column and returns phlegm to the column for a fuller split into fractions.
