TCHAIKOVSKY owes its unique quality to artesian water and a proprietary purification system. Water is drawn from a dedicated 310-meter artesian well, pumped from 180 meters deep where its organoleptic and taste qualities are especially fine. Water undergoes special preparation in three stages: sand filtration and oxygen enrichment; softening on a sodium cation-exchange unit; reverse osmosis using molecular-level filtration. Only grain spirit that passes incoming physical-chemical and organoleptic checks is used. The blend undergoes skim milk treatment for exceptional softness; double filtration through a 4-meter charcoal column; and resting for finer organoleptic polish. TCHAIKOVSKY Vodka is produced under a food safety management system based on HACCP principles and compliant with GOST R ISO 22000-2007. Quality requirements are very high, so products pass rigorous multi-stage laboratory control. Quality meets European standards.
