William Watt

William Watt takes its name from William Graham Watt—owner of Skaill House on the Orkney Islands. In 1850, after a severe storm, he discovered the ancient settlement of Skara Brae. This story became part of the brand legend. The collection includes William Watt Blended Scotch Whisky and the spirit drink William Watt Apple & Whisky. Blended Scotch Whisky uses Scottish distillates aged in oak for at least three years; Apple & Whisky combines a whisky base with apple juice.
