Modern equipment ensures consistently high product quality. Distillation uses a DES PREMIUM copper alembic with a fully automated control system for stable, controlled conditions. The copper pot provides excellent heat conductivity and even heating, yielding refined spirits with superior organoleptic qualities. Aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket between the pot and column so vapor enriches the botanical blend during distillation. This refined result comes from a unique composition of expertly chosen botanicals, berries, and fruits gathered by hand. Combined with high-quality spirit, they produce an aromatic infusion sent to slow distillation for full, gentle extraction of aromatic compounds. Distillation is carried out on a copper alembic with an automated control system for full control of distillation regimes. During distillation, aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket installed between the pot still and the distillation column. As vapors pass through every element of the botanical blend, they become saturated with aromatic components.
