State-of-the-art equipment ensures consistently high product quality. Distillation uses a DES PREMIUM copper alembic with a fully automated control system for stable, controlled conditions. The copper pot provides excellent heat conductivity and even heating, yielding refined spirits with superior organoleptic qualities. Aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket between the pot and column so vapor thoroughly enriches the botanical blend during distillation. Lockwood fosters a community that shares knowledge and skills, explores new ideas, and trades craft secrets—opening audiences to a richer life. Lockwood — for new discoveries. Visual identity draws on natural foliage motifs that underscore the bond with nature.
Production features
A specialized version in designer packaging for bartenders and home mixology enthusiasts: 44% ABV — an ideal base for cocktails. Lockwood gin is crafted from a unique composition of expertly chosen botanicals, hand-gathered across Russia. Combined with high-quality spirit, they produce an aromatic infusion sent to slow distillation for full, gentle extraction of aromatic components. Distillation is carried out on a copper alembic with an automated control system for full control of distillation regimes. During distillation, aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket installed between the pot still and the distillation column. As vapors pass through every element of the botanical blend, they become saturated with aromatic components. The finished gin has a soft, expressive taste and a multilayered, refreshing aroma.
Organoleptic
Crystal-clear gin with a light straw hue and a refreshingly spicy aroma of juniper, anise and rosemary. A light, appealing taste with bright citrus notes.
Pairing
Serve as a digestif, or paired with a cigar or fine chocolate confections.
