The copper pot provides excellent heat conductivity and even heating, yielding refined spirits with superior organoleptic qualities. Aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket between the pot and column so vapor enriches the botanical blend during distillation. Distillation runs on a copper alembic with automated control for precise regulation of distillation modes. During distillation, aromatic spirits pass through a gin basket between the pot and the column. Vapors saturate with aromatics as they pass through the botanical blend.
