TCHAIKOVSKY vodka has unique quality characteristics thanks to artesian water and an original purification system. Water is extracted from its own artesian well with a depth of 310 meters. Water is taken from a depth of 180 meters, where its organoleptic and taste qualities are especially good. The water undergoes special treatment, including 3 stages of purification: filtration on a sand filter and oxygen enrichment; softening on a sodium-cationite installation; water preparation by reverse osmosis method based on the use of filtration technology at the molecular level. For the manufacture of vodka, only grain alcohol is used, which has passed the incoming control in terms of physico-chemical and organoleptic parameters. The water-alcohol blend undergoes a number of technological operations: treatment with skimmed milk powder, which gives the vodka a special softness; double filtration on a 4 m high carbon column; "rest" for a finer organoleptic cut. The production of TCHAIKOVSKY vodka is carried out according to the food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP and meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000-2007. Quality requirements are very high, so the products undergo rigorous multi-stage laboratory control. The quality complies with European standards.
